From November or December 1959, here is Excello 2170, “Say You Really Care” b/w “It’s My Fault” by Roscoe Shelton. It was being advertised in Billboard magazine by January 25. This was, I think, from one of John Tefteller’s auctions. In my opinion, Mr. Tefteller has done more than anyone to unearth these very late American 78 rpm records.
